- Data Migration and Validation: Support the analysis, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and business sign-off of legacy portfolio and project data. Ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration to the ServiceNow platform.
- Solution Documentation and Training: Prepare user stories, functional design documents, process flows, configuration workbooks, reports, dashboards, notifications, roles, and traceability records. Develop end-user training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
- Testing and UAT Support: Assist in testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) preparation, defect triage, demonstrations, and handover. Provide guidance on out-of-the-box capabilities and identify opportunities for customization, additional licensing, or change control where necessary.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Knowledge Transfer: Deliver demonstrations, facilitate knowledge transfer sessions, and provide functional guidance to administrators and end users. Maintain clear documentation of assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and scope boundaries throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Mandatory Experience and Knowledge
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
