• Strategic Financial Leadership: Oversee comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to align financial resources with operational and growth objectives. Develop forward-looking financial models that anticipate market trends and project demands in the construction sector.
• Profitability & Cost Control: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess project and product profitability across EPS systems, precast components, and premium finishing materials. Collaborate with pricing teams to ensure competitive yet sustainable revenue streams while enforcing rigorous cost controls.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate, insightful financial statements and management reports that inform leadership decisions. Maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Operational Collaboration: Partner closely with senior management and operational teams to integrate financial strategy with project execution. Support risk management initiatives and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with IntegraBuild’s expansion goals.
• Stakeholder & Auditor Relations: Act as the financial liaison between internal teams and external auditors, fostering transparency and trust. Streamline accounts payable and receivable processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional with a proven track record in financial leadership, particularly within construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. Your expertise should include:

• Financial Mastery: Deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting, with a focus on cost control and profitability assessment.
• Industry-Specific Insight: Hands-on knowledge of financial operations in construction or building materials, including familiarity with EPS, precast systems, and premium finishing materials.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software, with advanced Excel skills for modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning.
• Compliance & Governance: Strong understanding of local and international accounting standards, with experience developing and enforcing internal controls and financial policies.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge financial insights with operational teams. Ability to drive decision-making with clarity and confidence.
• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA, CFA) are highly advantageous.
