In this strategic role, you will oversee security protocols, coordinate emergency response efforts, and ensure compliance with international and local security standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Oversight: Direct a team of security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies, local regulations, and industry best practices. Develop and implement security strategies aligned with Lucid Motors’ operational goals and risk management frameworks.
• Facility Security: Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential threats. Oversee access control systems, surveillance operations, and perimeter security to maintain a robust defense against unauthorized entry or breaches.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop, test, and refine emergency response plans for incidents such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or security threats. Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and internal teams to ensure rapid, effective, and coordinated responses.
• Compliance and Training: Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian security laws, international standards (e.g., ISO 27001, OSHA), and Lucid Motors’ internal security protocols. Lead training programs for staff and security personnel to promote security awareness and best practices.
• Risk Management: Analyze security risks, assess their potential impact, and recommend proactive measures to minimize vulnerabilities. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, IT, Facilities) to integrate security considerations into broader operational and technological initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary security liaison between Lucid Motors, local authorities, and external partners. Represent the company in security-related discussions and ensure transparent communication regarding security protocols and incidents.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, ASP, or ASIS) are a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role within corporate security, law enforcement, or military security environments.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and developing teams in high-pressure scenarios.
• Expertise in physical security systems, access control, surveillance technologies, and emergency management protocols.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian security laws, labor regulations, and cultural considerations in a corporate setting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
