First Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated First Officer to join our elite fleet operations team. As a critical member of our aviation division, you will serve as a First Officer on the Aloula Fleet, operating a diverse range of aircraft, including the Boeing 737-800, Gulfstream, Hawker 900XP, King Air 350, and Air Tractor 802. Key Responsibilities

The First Officer will be responsible for a wide array of flight-related duties, both within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as assigned by the Chief Pilot. Your responsibilities will include:

• Flight Operations: Conduct assigned flight activities, including servicing and support for exploration, drilling, and pipeline camps, as well as operations in remote desert areas. This may involve operating from paved or unprepared airstrips, requiring adaptability and precision.
• Pilot Duties: Serve as Pilot Monitoring or Pilot Flying, in strict compliance with the Flight Operation Manual and under the direction of the Captain. Exercise sound judgment to ensure the protection of the aircraft, safety of passengers and cargo, and the accuracy of all flight logs and records.
• Pre-Flight and In-Flight Procedures: Perform thorough interior and pre-flight inspections, initialize navigation systems, and verify the accuracy of manually inserted data. Obtain weather briefings, file flight plans, and review all flight details for correctness. Conduct joint pre-flight checks with the Captain to ensure all instruments, engines, and communications equipment are operational.
• Radio Communications: Maintain continuous radio communications with air traffic control and relevant facilities, making required position reports and receiving updates or amendments to the flight plan. Operate navigation systems to ensure adherence to the flight clearance and track.
• Navigation and Safety: Maintain a navigation log to cross-check actual flight progress against the flight plan. Advise the Captain of any discrepancies and assist in developing alternate courses of action when necessary. Ensure the aircraft operates in compliance with GACA, Company, and Department Operating and Safety Regulations.
• Post-Flight Duties: Assist the Captain with securing the aircraft, completing Customs & Immigration formalities, and facilitating passenger disembarkation. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot, Fleet Captain, Training Captain, or their designees, including office duties if required.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this prestigious role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Flight Experience: Minimum of 200 flight hours, including hours acquired in an Initial Approved Training Program (IATP). Candidates must demonstrate continuous advancement toward the satisfactory completion of all ground and flight training for the assigned aircraft.
• Certifications: Hold a valid GACA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and a GACA medical certificate.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or an Aviation-Related Degree.
