Planning & Reporting Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned and meticulous professional with a proven track record in planning, scheduling, and project controls for large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in planning and project controls for highway, bridge, or transportation projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of project planning methodologies, CPM scheduling, EVM, forecasting, and risk analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous Middle East and Saudi Arabia project experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules.
• Prepare baseline schedules, revised programs, and progress reports.
• Track project progress, identify deviations, and assess critical path impacts.
• Conduct CPM analysis, progress measurement, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare project dashboards, KPIs, and cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for accurate progress tracking and reporting.
• Perform EVM analysis and provide performance improvement recommendations.
• Support delay analysis, EOT claims, and project controls activities.
• Monitor contractual milestones and identify potential schedule risks.
• Participate in client and management meetings, presenting planning and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with project controls procedures and company requirements.
