Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in EPC project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and strong knowledge of engineering principles, procurement processes, and construction methodologies.
• Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of accountability, and driving performance excellence.
