About the Role

ElevenLabs is seeking a visionary and strategic General Manager for Saudi Arabia to spearhead our expansion and growth in the region. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will develop and execute a robust market strategy, cultivate a high-performance culture, and ensure our Middle East operations align with our global ambitions. This role demands a strategic mindset, a passion for driving revenue growth, and the ability to build and inspire teams that deliver exceptional results.

• Revenue Growth & Strategy: Design and implement a data-driven revenue growth strategy tailored to the Saudi Arabian market, ensuring alignment with ElevenLabs’ global objectives and driving sustainable expansion.
• Market & Competitive Insights: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, assess competitive dynamics, and position ElevenLabs as the premier AI solutions provider in the region.
• Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline: Develop and execute high-impact lead generation strategies, optimizing the sales pipeline to maximize conversions and revenue potential.
• Client & Partner Relations: Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners, ensuring their engagement and advocacy for ElevenLabs’ solutions.
• Brand Leadership: Champion the ElevenLabs brand in Saudi Arabia, ensuring its positioning resonates with local audiences and drives market adoption.
• Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-caliber sales and business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Performance & Accountability: Establish clear performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement to exceed targets and deliver measurable impact.
