Project Execution Lead - EPC

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Execution Lead - EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of large-scale EPC projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project execution plans, including detailed schedules, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery. Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to monitor progress and mitigate risks proactively.
• Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, procurement specialists, and construction professionals. Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and high performance.
• Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services in alignment with project requirements. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Quality Assurance and Control: Implement robust quality control measures to ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential issues promptly.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Ensure full compliance with local and international regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and resolutions to maintain transparency and trust.
• Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures and manage budgets effectively to avoid cost overruns. Implement cost-saving initiatives where feasible while maintaining project integrity.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in EPC project execution, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or energy projects in Saudi Arabia or similar markets.
• Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
