Store Manager - Buraidah, Qassim Region (Saudi Nationals Only)

As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and operations while ensuring full compliance with Damas Jewellery standards. Your key responsibilities include:

• Achieving store sales targets and KPIs while maintaining excellent product knowledge and delivering superior customer service.
• Managing store operations, including staff attendance, grooming standards, and security protocols.
• Motivating and training your team to achieve productivity and sales goals, with a focus on clear communication and customer handling.
• Overseeing stock control, ensuring accurate invoicing, and managing petty cash according to Finance guidelines.
• Handling staff grievances, conducting performance appraisals, and developing a strong talent pipeline.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• A pleasing personality, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Proactivity, strong supervisory skills, and a deep understanding of product and market knowledge.
• Excellent people management skills.
