Service Advisor - Vehicle Care Expertise

The Service Advisor role is pivotal in ensuring our customers' vehicles receive the highest level of care and service. This position involves welcoming customers, identifying their vehicle's service needs, and providing accurate estimates and timely updates throughout the service process.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Receive and greet customers, understanding their concerns and identifying service requirements.
Explain service needs, provide cost estimates, and obtain customer approval.
Prepare job cards, coordinate technicians, and monitor service progress.
Inspect completed work, update service tracking sheets, and inform customers of vehicle readiness.
Prioritize repeat customers and promote additional relevant services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
