Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, your primary objective is to successfully convert prospective sales into actual sales, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets as directed by management. You will proactively develop client portfolios and ensure our store meets DAMAS standards.

• Key Performance Indicators:
• Achieve individual sales targets and sales KPIs
• Ensure 100% stock accuracy
• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards and solid product knowledge
• Adapt approach according to client needs and motivations
• Remain current on industry news and competitor activities

Experience, Qualifications, and Competencies

We seek a minimum Senior High School Graduate with 5 to 7 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments, and a general knowledge of jewelry.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-starter with a team-player approach

Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, is essential to meet business needs.
