As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing financial transparency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making. This position demands a forward-thinking professional with a passion for financial analysis, reporting, and process optimization. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact financial insights that empower leadership to make data-driven choices while ensuring full compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, including Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual variances, to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Financial Modeling and Reporting: Develop sophisticated financial models and interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making.
• Performance Insights: Analyze revenue streams, cost structures, gross margins, and operational efficiency to provide actionable recommendations for business improvement.
• Management Reporting: Prepare concise, insightful, and visually compelling monthly management reports tailored to executive stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
• Process Optimization: Leverage advanced Excel tools, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and SUMIFS, to streamline financial reporting and enhance accuracy.
• IFRS Compliance: Ensure all financial statements and processes adhere to International Financial Reporting Standards, maintaining integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Closing Support: Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial closures while supporting audit readiness.
• Process Innovation: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial reporting workflows, internal controls, and automation to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Experience: 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Financial Analysis, with a proven ability to deliver impactful insights.
• IFRS Expertise: Deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and their application in complex financial environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and SUMIFS. Experience with Power BI is highly advantageous.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.
• Collaborative Leadership: Ability to work seamlessly across departments, fostering cross-functional partnerships to drive financial and operational success.
