Key Responsibilities

As an Industrial Engineer, your core responsibilities will include:

• Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies, then develop and implement data-driven solutions to streamline operations and reduce waste.
• Production Planning & Scheduling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while minimizing downtime and bottlenecks.
• Workforce Efficiency: Conduct time and motion studies to enhance labor productivity, reduce cycle times, and improve overall workforce utilization.
• Facility Layout & Design: Utilize your expertise in facility planning to design layouts that maximize space utilization, improve material flow, and enhance safety and ergonomics within the workplace.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality control teams to implement robust quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Cost Reduction Initiatives: Lead cost-saving projects by identifying opportunities for material savings, energy efficiency, and process automation, contributing directly to the organization’s financial performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by applying methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to drive operational excellence and innovation.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all industrial processes and systems adhere to local and international safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in industrial engineering, preferably within a manufacturing, production, or operational environment.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or professional certifications in industrial engineering will be considered a strong advantage.
• Certification (for Saudi Nationals): Saudi nationals must possess a valid accreditation or certificate from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) to be eligible for this position.
• Immediate Availability: Candidates must be prepared to join the organization immediately upon successful completion of the interview process.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in industrial engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Minitab, or ERP systems) and strong analytical skills are essential.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package starting from SAR 14,000 to SAR 16,000 per month, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
