We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Client Servicing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will play a central part in supporting client servicing initiatives, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and maintaining strong communication between our internal teams and valued clients. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving the strategic growth of key accounts, making this an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management: Provide day-to-day support for social media accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including strategy, creative, community management, and production, to facilitate smooth campaign execution and content delivery.
• Content Strategy Development: Assist in crafting social media content plans that highlight cultural initiatives, heritage programs, and community engagement opportunities.
• Project Execution: Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables to guarantee timely content publication while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
• Brief Development: Prepare clear and concise briefs for internal teams, ensuring all content aligns with brand messaging and strategic goals.
• Editorial Planning: Develop and maintain monthly editorial calendars across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, and YouTube.
• Performance Analysis: Track content performance metrics and assist in compiling monthly reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, digital storytelling formats, and platform updates to ensure innovative and effective campaign strategies.
• Event Support: Provide live coverage for cultural activations, events, and national initiatives as required, contributing to real-time engagement and storytelling.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in social media management, digital marketing, or account management, with a preference for agency experience.
• Platform Expertise: In-depth understanding of major social media platforms and content formats, with the ability to optimize strategies for each channel.
• Cultural Insight: A keen interest in cultural storytelling, heritage initiatives, and community-driven content, particularly within the Saudi and broader Middle Eastern context.
• Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and with clients at all levels.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to project management, ensuring accuracy in briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
