Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dermatology and Aesthetics Specialist (اخصائية جلدية وتجميل) to join a reputable healthcare facility in Medina on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive dermatological and aesthetic care to patients, combining clinical expertise with a passion for enhancing natural beauty. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Consultation and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their dermatological and aesthetic concerns, perform detailed examinations, and establish accurate diagnoses.
• Treatment Planning and Execution: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including dermatological therapies and non-invasive aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, laser treatments, and injectable therapies (subject to local regulatory approvals).
• Patient Follow-Up: Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and adjust protocols as necessary to ensure optimal results and patient satisfaction.
• Medical Documentation: Maintain meticulous and confidential medical records, documenting patient histories, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up notes in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Product and Protocol Recommendations: Advise patients on suitable skincare products, dermocosmetics, and maintenance routines to support their treatment outcomes and overall skin health.
• Collaboration and Compliance: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care. Strictly adhere to hygiene, safety, and quality protocols in all clinical and aesthetic procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A recognized degree in Dermatology or Aesthetic Medicine, along with relevant specialization certifications. Valid and up-to-date professional licensing to practice in the region is mandatory.
• Clinical Competencies: Proven ability to diagnose dermatological conditions accurately, prescribe appropriate treatments, and perform aesthetic procedures with precision and care. Experience with non-surgical interventions such as chemical peels, laser therapy, and injectables is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of dermatological and aesthetic equipment, treatment protocols, and dermocosmetic products. Familiarity with the latest advancements in the field is an asset.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional listening and communication abilities, with a patient-centered approach. Ability to explain complex medical and aesthetic concepts in a clear, empathetic, and reassuring manner.
