Finance Reporting & Business Partnering Manager (FP&A)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Reporting & Business Partnering Manager (FP&A) to join our dynamic finance team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will be instrumental in delivering precise financial reporting, providing strategic commercial insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ensuring the highest standards of financial integrity while collaborating closely with business leaders to enhance financial performance and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present monthly management reports, executive dashboards, board reports, and KPI performance packs to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Period-End Close Management: Coordinate and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Statutory & Regulatory Compliance: Support statutory reporting, regulatory filings, and the annual external audit process to maintain transparency and adherence to financial governance standards.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing actionable insights to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
• Business Partnering & Commercial Analysis: Collaborate with business units to deliver financial insights, evaluate commercial proposals, and support strategic initiatives that enhance profitability and growth.
• Investment & Profitability Analysis: Assess project profitability, revenue performance, cost trends, and margin improvement opportunities to drive operational excellence.
• Working Capital Management: Monitor and optimize working capital performance, including cash flow, receivables, payables, and liquidity, to ensure financial stability.
• Finance Transformation & Digitalization: Lead reporting automation and finance digitization initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in financial processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve ERP systems, reporting platforms, and financial data governance frameworks.
• Data-Driven Decision Support: Develop and implement advanced reporting and business intelligence solutions to empower stakeholders with actionable financial insights.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 6–10 years of progressive experience in Financial Reporting, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Corporate Finance.
• Technical Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, financial governance, and statutory reporting standards.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent systems.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar solutions.
• Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving abilities, and a track record of driving financial performance improvements.
  • Experience in finance transformation, reporting automation, or digital finance initiatives is highly desirable.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
