Your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum of financial and project management disciplines, including:

• PMO Governance and Process Optimization: Design and enforce project management processes, controls, and reporting mechanisms to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
• Financial Planning and Budgeting: Lead financial planning initiatives, develop detailed budgets, and coordinate forecasting activities to support project and transformation goals.
• Performance Monitoring and Cost Control: Track project financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks and optimize resource allocation.
• Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare comprehensive financial and PMO reports, consolidating data for executive review and ensuring transparency across all levels of the organization.
• Transformation Support: Provide strategic financial and PMO guidance to high-impact transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Risk Identification and Mitigation: Proactively identify financial risks, budget deviations, and operational inefficiencies, proposing solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous enhancement of PMO processes, financial controls, and reporting frameworks to elevate operational efficiency and adapt to evolving business needs.

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of financial expertise and project management acumen, backed by a proven track record in governance, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. We are seeking a candidate with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, complemented by 7+ years of professional experience, including 3–5+ years in PMO or project financial management.
• Deep expertise in PMO governance, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting, with a strong emphasis on transformation and strategic projects.
• PMP certification and advanced proficiency in Excel, along with experience using financial and project reporting tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, with a track record of fostering collaboration across finance, project management, and business teams.
• Experience in multi-project environments, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results under pressure.
• While experience in Saudi Arabia or the insurance sector is not mandatory, candidates with exposure to regulatory frameworks such as SAMA will be highly regarded.
