Project Execution Lead - Saudi Arabia/Al-Khobar

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Execution Lead to join our dynamic team in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive project execution plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budget management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff, to achieve project milestones and deliverables with precision and efficiency.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to local regulations, industry standards, and company policies, while maintaining rigorous quality control measures to uphold the highest performance benchmarks.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress through KPIs, regular reporting, and performance reviews, providing actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resource Optimization: Efficiently allocate and utilize resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Change Management: Manage scope changes and variations in alignment with contractual agreements and client requirements, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the industrial, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), strong analytical abilities, and familiarity with industry-specific tools and methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Certifications: Valid PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
