As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all hotel areas, contributing to the brand’s reputation for luxury and excellence. Key Responsibilities

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert will perform a wide range of duties to uphold the hotel’s impeccable standards, including:

• Guest Room Maintenance: Ensuring guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and prepared to the highest standards, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and addressing any special requests with promptness and professionalism.
• Public Area Cleaning: Maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of all public spaces, such as lobbies, hallways, restaurants, and recreational areas, to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
• Operational Support: Assisting with the replenishment of cleaning carts, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition for seamless operations.
• Guest Interaction: Responding to guest inquiries or requests in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met with a smile and a proactive attitude.
• Adherence to Protocols: Following all company guidelines, safety protocols, and quality standards to maintain a secure and hygienic environment for both guests and employees.
