As the face of our recreational offerings, you will be responsible for guiding guests through an array of activities designed to create lasting memories. From the serene poolside lounging areas to the energetic entertainment zones, the state-of-the-art gym, and the enchanting children’s activity center, your expertise will ensure every guest leaves with a sense of joy and relaxation. Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Engagement and Education: Provide comprehensive information about all recreational facilities, ensuring guests fully understand the available amenities and how to make the most of their stay. Act as an ambassador for our resort’s offerings, promoting safety protocols, house rules, and best practices to enhance the guest experience.
• Activity Coordination: Actively recruit, register, and organize guests for recreational activities, including poolside events, fitness classes, entertainment sessions, and children’s programs. Collaborate with event planners to support private group activities and special events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Safety and Emergency Preparedness: Maintain vigilant oversight of recreational areas, adhering to established protocols to address emergencies promptly and effectively. Provide immediate first aid assistance to injured guests until medical personnel arrive, while ensuring all safety incidents are promptly reported to management. Stay certified in relevant safety training and uphold the highest standards of workplace safety.
• Financial and Operational Excellence: Process transactions for equipment rentals, activity bookings, and retail sales with precision and professionalism. Utilize point-of-sale systems and computer databases to manage reservations, payments, and guest records efficiently. Inspect equipment and facilities regularly to identify and report maintenance needs, ensuring optimal functionality and guest safety.
• Customer Service Leadership: Deliver impeccable guest service with warmth, professionalism, and genuine appreciation. Anticipate guest needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and handle all interactions with clarity, politeness, and cultural sensitivity. Manage phone inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a seamless and pleasant communication experience.
• Team Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Foster positive working relationships with colleagues to achieve shared goals and maintain a cohesive team dynamic. Contribute to a culture of excellence by adhering to company policies, upholding high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and protecting confidential information. Participate in continuous training to enhance skills and stay aligned with evolving industry best practices.
• Physical and Operational Demands: Perform a variety of physical tasks, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Lift, carry, and maneuver objects weighing up to 25 lbs independently, and assist with heavier items as needed. Navigate diverse environments, including elevated, confined, or uneven surfaces, and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and coordination.
