Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Salesperson to manage and develop our customer base within assigned outstation territories. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales, distribution, collection, and coverage targets while ensuring strong customer relationships and optimal market coverage. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the FMCG industry, a deep understanding of route-to-market strategies, and a proven ability to thrive in geographically dispersed environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, including distribution, collection, and market coverage objectives.
• Customer Development: Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Market Coverage: Ensure comprehensive market coverage through regular customer visits, effective route planning, and strategic territory management.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor product availability, pricing strategies, competitor activities, and market trends to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
• Sales Execution: Implement sales plans, promotions, and company initiatives with precision to drive performance and maximize impact.
• Financial Management: Ensure timely collection of customer payments and maintain accurate account records to support financial health and compliance.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit detailed sales and market reports to provide insights into performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on sales experience within the FMCG industry.
• Proven expertise in managing multiple sales channels, including Traditional Trade, Wholesale, Modern Trade, and Key Accounts.
• Prior experience in handling outstation territories is strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of FMCG distribution, route-to-market strategies, and sales execution best practices.
• A valid Saudi driving license to facilitate travel within the assigned territory.
