• Clinical Excellence and Risk Mitigation: Conduct in-depth mortality and morbidity reviews to identify trends, assess clinical practices, and enhance patient safety. Prepare comprehensive agendas and present findings to the Mortality and Morbidity Committee (M&MC), driving data-informed discussions and actionable recommendations.
• Documentation Integrity and Compliance: Perform rigorous qualitative reviews of electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure adherence to clinical documentation policies. Act as a guardian of compliance, verifying that all documentation aligns with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Audit and Performance Analytics: Develop and analyze monthly audit reports to pinpoint discrepancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the Quality Risk Management (QRM) team, Chief Medical Officer (CMO), and leadership to implement corrective measures that elevate care standards.
• Committee Leadership and Collaboration: Actively participate in cross-functional committees, contributing expertise to strategic initiatives that shape Fakeeh Healthcare’s quality framework. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead the validation and collection of key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring accuracy and relevance in performance metrics. Support the implementation of new KPIs to measure and enhance operational efficiency.
• Privacy and Security Stewardship: Uphold the strictest standards of patient confidentiality and data security, safeguarding sensitive information across all healthcare touchpoints. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations to protect both patients and the organization.
• Regulatory and Accreditation Compliance: Serve as a key advocate for compliance with governmental, accreditation, and industry standards, ensuring Fakeeh Healthcare meets or exceeds all external benchmarks while maintaining internal excellence.
