Position Overview

Saudi Telecom Company (STC) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing leadership, capable of driving brand growth, customer engagement, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote STC’s products and services, ensuring they align with business goals and market trends.
• Team Leadership: Supervise a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and multimedia channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and communications, reinforcing STC’s reputation as a leader in the industry.
• Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest return on investment while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and senior leadership teams to align marketing efforts with organizational priorities and customer expectations.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Prior experience in the telecommunications or technology sector is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms is essential. Familiarity with market research methodologies and brand strategy development is a plus.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
