Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Marketing & Community Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in interactive environments, possess strong interpersonal skills, and are passionate about building meaningful connections. Unlike traditional marketing positions confined to a desk, this role offers a hands-on experience where you will play a pivotal role in expanding the KidsGuide KSA community both digitally and in-person.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Growth & Engagement: Actively engage with parents, caregivers, and families to understand their needs and preferences, fostering a vibrant and supportive community around KidsGuide KSA.
• Business Outreach & Partnerships: Identify, connect with, and collaborate with businesses, schools, and service providers to onboard them onto the platform, ensuring a diverse and high-quality range of offerings for families.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Develop compelling and culturally relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and campaigns that resonate with the Saudi family audience. Monitor trends and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
• Networking & Events: Represent KidsGuide KSA at industry events, family-oriented gatherings, and community meetups to strengthen brand visibility and forge strategic partnerships.Sales & Business Development Support: Assist in identifying potential business partners and clients, conducting outreach, and supporting the sales process to drive platform growth and revenue.
• Data & Feedback Collection: Gather insights from community interactions and business partnerships to inform marketing strategies and improve user experience on the platform.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This role is tailored for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to gain practical experience in a multifaceted marketing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people and building relationships.
