Your Role as a Senior Field Marketing Analyst in KSA

Join Bianca Zenkel’s dynamic Middle East marketing team as our Senior Field Marketing Analyst, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This hybrid role offers the unique opportunity to translate deep account and industry insights into highly targeted campaigns that generate measurable pipeline growth. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams across EMEA and Global marketing to amplify Salesforce’s regional presence and engage key accounts with precision and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Campaign Development: Design and execute industry-specific and account-based marketing programs across KSA that elevate brand visibility and directly contribute to Marketing Driven Pipeline and Marketing Matured Annual Contract Value (ACV).
• Sales Alignment: Partner with sales teams to identify priority industries and high-value accounts, then craft personalized marketing initiatives that deepen engagement and strengthen relationships.
• Event Leadership: Plan and deliver high-impact industry events designed to generate qualified leads and reinforce Salesforce’s market leadership in the region.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data-driven insights, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders to optimize future initiatives.
• Budget and Resource Management: Oversee marketing budgets and resources with a sharp focus on delivering tangible business outcomes and maximizing return on investment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in account-based marketing (ABM) and at least six years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills, fluency in both Arabic and English, and a keen ability to manage complex projects with precision. Budget management expertise and a results-oriented mindset are essential to thrive in this role.
