Key Responsibilities

As an A320 Captain, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies. Your duties will include:

• Conducting pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties in accordance with airline procedures and aviation regulations;
• Ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational performance throughout all phases of flight;
• Managing the flight deck crew and coordinating effectively with cabin crew and air traffic control;
• Demonstrating exceptional decision-making skills in all operational scenarios, including adverse weather conditions and emergency situations;
• Maintaining proficiency in aircraft systems, performance, and emergency procedures through regular training and recurrent assessments;
• Adhering to company policies, including crew resource management (CRM) and standard operating procedures (SOPs);
• Serving as a role model for professionalism, leadership, and adherence to safety protocols.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, candidates must meet the following stringent criteria:

• Minimum of 4,000 total flight hours on multiengine jet aircraft with a maximum takeoff weight (MTOW) of 30+ tons;
• Minimum of 2,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on multiengine jet aircraft with a MTOW of 30+ tons;
• Active flight experience on the A320 type within the last 8 months;
• Valid EASA, ICAO, or FAA license with a current A320 type rating;
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate;
• ICAO Level 4 English language proficiency (minimum).
