Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with leading brands, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance the appeal and competitiveness of Qiddiya as a premier destination. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure high-impact partnerships with global and regional entities to bring exclusive experiences, events, and attractions to Qiddiya, ensuring alignment with the destination’s long-term vision and strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, tourism boards, industry leaders, and potential partners to foster collaboration and drive mutual growth.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and partnership opportunities that will elevate Qiddiya’s position as a must-visit destination.
• Contract Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of partnership agreements, from drafting and negotiating terms to ensuring compliance and successful execution, while mitigating risks and maximizing value for Qiddiya.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships through KPIs, feedback mechanisms, and data analysis, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives and alignment with Qiddiya’s broader objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building expertise, and a passion for destination development. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field, preferably within the tourism, entertainment, or hospitality industries.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing high-value partnerships, with a strong portfolio of past achievements.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency in contract management, legal frameworks, and risk assessment, with a keen eye for detail and compliance.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and work on-site in Qiddiya, demonstrating adaptability and cultural awareness in a fast-evolving environment.
