As a QA/QC Engineer, you will be instrumental in maintaining rigorous quality control measures throughout the entire production lifecycle—from incoming materials to final delivery. Your expertise will ensure that every unit meets stringent technical specifications, regulatory standards, and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Comprehensive Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections to verify adherence to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and international standards.
• Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): Lead and execute FAT procedures for AHUs and HVAC equipment, ensuring full compliance with performance, safety, and operational requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed inspection reports, test documentation, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and quality records while maintaining alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 frameworks.
• Root Cause Analysis and CAPA: Investigate quality deviations, implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and drive systematic solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to address quality concerns, optimize processes, and ensure seamless workflows.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external quality audits, fostering a culture of transparency and compliance within the organization.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing manufacturing efficiency, reducing defects, and elevating overall product quality through data-driven insights and innovative practices.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with a strong foundation in manufacturing processes.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC within the HVAC manufacturing sector, with a preference for experience in AHU production environments.
• Proven expertise in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), incoming inspection protocols, in-process quality control, and final inspection methodologies.
• A deep understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, along with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications with precision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a results-oriented approach to troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following will further strengthen your candidacy:

• Prior experience in an AHU manufacturing facility, particularly within a global organization with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Familiarity with HVAC testing procedures, industry-specific regulations, and international quality benchmarks.
