As the **System Administrator**, you will play a central role in ensuring the **security, performance, reliability, and availability** of the organization’s core systems. Your responsibilities will span across **Windows Server administration, identity management, Microsoft 365 support, virtualization, and disaster recovery**, while also troubleshooting technical issues and providing end-user assistance. Key Responsibilities:

• Windows Server & Enterprise Systems Administration: Manage and optimize Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance across the organization’s infrastructure.
• Active Directory & Identity Management: Administer Active Directory, user accounts, Group Policy, and identity services to maintain secure and efficient access controls.
• Microsoft 365 Support: Oversee email systems, user management, and collaboration tools to enhance productivity and security within the organization.
• Virtualization & Cloud Platforms: Support and configure virtualization technologies such as VMware, Nutanix, or Hyper-V to streamline IT operations and resource allocation.
• System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, resolving hardware, software, and application issues promptly.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, security controls, and vulnerability remediation to safeguard sensitive data.
• Patch Management & Disaster Recovery: Ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and oversee backup and disaster recovery operations to minimize downtime.
• Incident & User Support: Respond to urgent technical issues and provide end-user support across multiple company locations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborative IT Leadership: Work closely with network and security teams to maintain infrastructure stability, align IT initiatives with business goals, and contribute to well-documented operational procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A **Bachelor’s degree** in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• **Five or more years** of hands-on experience in **system administration and IT infrastructure**, with a strong focus on Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Proven expertise in **Microsoft 365 environments**, including email administration and user management.
• Experience with **DLP solutions** and enterprise-level security controls to protect critical data.
• Familiarity with **virtualization technologies** (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V) and enterprise backup/disaster-recovery solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and incident-management skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
• Possession of **at least one relevant professional certification** in IT infrastructure, system administration, or information security (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA, ITIL).
• Excellent **communication skills** and the ability to work **independently and collaboratively** under pressure, with occasional travel between company sites.

While not mandatory, additional advantages include experience with **Linux administration, network security, and infrastructure monitoring**, as well as certifications in **Microsoft, VMware, Nutanix, or ITIL frameworks**.
