Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will span strategic oversight, operational coordination, and hands-on leadership to ensure our retail network operates at peak performance:

• Retail Performance & KPI Leadership
  - Assume full ownership of retail performance across all managed stores, tracking and analyzing critical KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), unit productivity (UPT), and profitability.
  - Drive the achievement of sales targets and operational excellence by translating performance data into actionable strategies and measurable improvements.
  - Conduct regular performance reviews with store managers to foster accountability, provide constructive feedback, and align teams with business objectives.
  - Maintain a results-oriented mindset, prioritizing data-driven insights and continuous optimization to enhance commercial success.
• Store Leadership & Team Management
  - Serve as the direct manager for store managers and teams, ensuring clear communication of goals, expectations, and priorities.
  - Monitor store-level execution, operational discipline, and performance, addressing gaps with structured, solution-oriented approaches.
  - Collaborate with HR to support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, cultivating a high-performing retail workforce.
  - Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and professional growth within your team.
• Operational Coordination & Compliance
  - Oversee the day-to-day operations of existing stores, ensuring they are consistently prepared for business and aligned with brand standards.
  - Identify operational challenges and implement practical, scalable solutions to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  - Ensure strict compliance with company policies, mall regulations, and luxury brand guidelines.
  - Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and operational needs to uphold the highest standards of store presentation and functionality.
• Field Presence & Strategic Store Visits
  - Maintain an active field presence with regular visits to stores in Riyadh and other regions to evaluate performance, merchandising, and operational execution.
  - Provide clear, documented follow-up actions after each visit to drive immediate improvements and long-term success.
  - Go above and beyond to support store teams, offering guidance and resources to ensure operational excellence and customer delight.
• Merchandising & Luxury Brand Execution
  - Ensure merchandising aligns with luxury positioning and brand standards, with meticulous attention to visual presentation, displays, testers, and point-of-sale materials (POSM).
  - Collaborate with brand partners to coordinate launches, merchandising updates, and promotional activities.
  - Ensure merchandising strategies directly support commercial performance and brand equity.
• New Store Openings & Network Expansion
  - Actively participate in new store openings, supporting operational preparation, staffing, and execution to ensure seamless launches.
  - Contribute to network expansion initiatives, identifying growth opportunities and driving strategic development.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. Professional experience in retail management will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Proven experience managing retail stores with direct reporting lines, preferably in a multi-store environment.
• Experience in luxury, premium, or fragrance retail is highly advantageous, given the specialized nature of our brand.
• A strong understanding of retail KPIs, operational performance metrics, and commercial strategies.
• Willingness to travel frequently to support store visits, openings, and network expansion initiatives.
