About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Specialist to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our human resources operations. In this position, you will serve as the backbone of our talent management strategy, ensuring that Zhende Middle East attracts, develops, and retains top-tier professionals who align with our mission of advancing healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify critical skill gaps and develop targeted hiring strategies.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing workplace concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Foster a positive and productive work environment where open communication and mutual respect are prioritized.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee contributions, identify high-potential talent, and align individual goals with organizational objectives. Provide coaching and mentorship to support career development and succession planning.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration: Oversee the design, implementation, and communication of competitive compensation packages, benefits programs, and incentive structures to attract and retain top performers. Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the healthcare or corporate sector, is required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills are essential, along with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels. Proficiency in HR software, such as Workday or BambooHR, and a solid understanding of labor laws and compliance frameworks are highly desirable. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
