Red Sea Global is seeking a skilled and passionate Divemaster to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. As a Divemaster, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and seamless operation of our diving programs. Key Responsibilities

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include leading and supervising diving activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will encompass:

• Guiding Dive Groups: Leading certified divers on guided underwater tours, ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience while adhering to all safety guidelines and dive plans.
• Assisting Instructors: Supporting dive instructors in conducting training sessions for beginner and advanced divers, including PADI and other recognized certification programs.
• Safety and Equipment Management: Conducting pre-dive safety checks, maintaining dive equipment, and ensuring all gear is in optimal condition for use.
• Customer Interaction: Providing a high level of customer service by addressing guest inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with their diving experience.
• Emergency Response: Being prepared to respond to any emergencies that may arise during dive operations, including administering first aid and coordinating with local emergency services if necessary.
• Environmental Stewardship: Promoting sustainable diving practices and educating guests on the importance of preserving marine ecosystems.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A valid and up-to-date Divemaster certification from a recognized diving organization, such as PADI, SSI, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 40 logged dives, with a preference for candidates with extensive experience in various diving conditions and environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and inspire both divers and team members.
• Excellent physical fitness and the ability to perform duties in challenging underwater conditions.
• First aid and CPR certifications, with a commitment to ongoing professional development in dive safety and emergency response.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A passion for marine conservation and a dedication to promoting sustainable diving practices.
