Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Drive Revenue Growth: Lead the sales cycle for BSI’s comprehensive suite of digital products and services, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), Smart Cities & Communities, Digital Twins, Connected Devices, and IoT. Identify high-potential opportunities, nurture relationships with existing clients, and expand engagement to maximize product adoption and revenue.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across construction, infrastructure, technology, manufacturing, and public-sector organizations. Develop deep insights into client needs, market trends, and industry challenges to position BSI’s solutions as the optimal choice for digital transformation.
• Manage the Sales Pipeline: Own the end-to-end sales process—from opportunity identification and qualification to negotiation and closure—ensuring seamless alignment between customer requirements and BSI’s offerings. Leverage CRM tools to maintain a robust pipeline, forecast accurately, and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of BSI’s Digital Construction and Connected Technologies portfolio, including certification, assurance, training, and consulting solutions. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and their impact on operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and business innovation.
• Collaborate Internally: Work synergistically with internal teams, including scheme managers, lab technicians, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and prompt resolution of client concerns.
• Mentor and Upskill: Share product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices with junior team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous growth.
• Deliver Impactful Proposals: Utilize sales collateral, pricing tools, and consultative selling techniques to craft tailored proposals that address both current and future customer needs, positioning BSI as a trusted partner in digital transformation.
