Success in this role hinges on a few key pillars: creating a safe, professional, and high-performing environment, adhering to our rigorous standards of quality and service, and embodying the refined yet approachable spirit of St. Regis. As a Captain, you will be on your feet for extended periods, navigating both indoor and outdoor spaces that may include uneven or slippery surfaces. Your role demands physical agility, including bending, reaching, lifting (up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance), and maintaining a polished appearance in our signature uniform. The ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and deliver consistent excellence is essential to our mission.
