Trade Marketing Excutive - Saudi National

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Trade Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an on-site, permanent position where you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and market penetration of our esteemed DEWALT® and STANLEY® brands within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative trade marketing strategies to enhance in-store visibility, shopper engagement, and sales performance for our portfolio in the KSA market. Your contributions will directly support the expansion and success of our brands across the region. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Implementation: Collaborate with the Middle East Marketing team to plan and execute trade marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives, with a strong focus on the Traditional Channel.
• Category Management: Apply category management principles to optimize range assortment, channel-specific promotions, pricing strategies, and effective sales drivers to drive growth.
• Sales Team Support: Work closely with the KSA Sales Teams to implement key marketing programs and ensure seamless execution across retail partners.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough pricing reviews to assess market competitiveness and identify opportunities for strategic positioning.
• Product Launches & Expansion: Support the development and execution of pricing and promotional plans for new product launches, SKU activations, and range expansions in the KSA market.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a minimum of 2 years of dedicated trade marketing experience within the KSA market. A background in the Power Tools, Construction, Building Materials, Machinery, or Home Improvement sectors will be highly advantageous. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in retail activation, promotional campaigns, and point-of-sale (POS) deployment. Your analytical prowess should be complemented by hands-on experience in ROI measurement and comprehensive reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, as you will serve as a key liaison between our organization and retail partners. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic will be a significant advantage in this role.
