Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Regional Human Resources Manager to lead and optimize HR operations across our regional footprint. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, foster organizational excellence, and enhance employee engagement. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management initiatives while ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support long-term business goals, including workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management initiatives.
  • Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership teams, providing insights and solutions to enhance operational efficiency, employee productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Talent Management: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies. Oversee succession planning and career development programs to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, resolving workplace issues, and implementing engagement initiatives that boost morale and retention.
  • Performance & Development: Drive performance management frameworks, including goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and competency-based development programs to align individual and organizational success.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to Saudi labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and policy reviews to mitigate HR-related risks.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Leverage HR metrics and workforce analytics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing HR team across multiple locations, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications & Competencies

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR, SPHR) are highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-site HR leadership role. Proven track record in HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Saudi labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices. Familiarity with regional labor market dynamics and cultural considerations is essential.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
