Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ensuring seamless student support, engagement, and policy adherence:

• Student Support & Welfare:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for students seeking guidance on non-academic matters, ensuring their concerns are addressed with empathy and professionalism.
• Lead and support orientation programs, onboarding initiatives, and transition strategies to help students acclimate to BMC’s academic and cultural environment.
• Provide comprehensive guidance on student rights, responsibilities, and available support services, including counseling, academic advising, and administrative assistance.
• Facilitate the resolution of student complaints, appeals, and disciplinary matters in alignment with BMC’s policies and Saudi higher education regulations.
• Promote mental health awareness, inclusivity, and a positive campus culture to foster a sense of belonging and psychological safety for all students.
• Student Life & Engagement:
• Design, plan, and execute a diverse calendar of student activities, including clubs, workshops, cultural events, and awareness campaigns that align with BMC’s strategic objectives.
• Encourage student participation in community service, volunteering, and extracurricular initiatives that enrich their personal and professional growth.
• Collaborate with student-led organizations to provide resources, mentorship, and logistical support for their approved activities.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends in student engagement and propose innovative solutions to enhance participation and satisfaction.
• Student Affairs Administration:
• Maintain meticulous, confidential records of student cases, behavioral matters, and attendance follow-ups, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Process and coordinate student requests efficiently, bridging communication gaps between students and departments such as Academic Affairs, Finance, and HR.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, statistics, and documentation to support institutional quality assurance and accreditation efforts.
• Act as a liaison between Student Affairs and cross-functional teams to streamline administrative workflows and improve service delivery.
• Student Conduct & Policy Support:
• Assist in enforcing the Student Code of Conduct and related policies, ensuring fair and consistent handling of disciplinary matters under the guidance of management.
• Educate students on institutional expectations, ethical standards, and their rights within the framework of BMC’s policies.
• Advocate for policy improvements that address emerging student needs while maintaining alignment with Saudi higher education frameworks.
• Communication & Stakeholder Coordination:
• Develop and disseminate clear, engaging communications to students regarding policies, events, and important updates through multiple channels.
• Gather and analyze student feedback to identify recurring challenges and propose actionable solutions for continuous improvement.
• Partner with external organizations, vendors, and community partners to expand opportunities for student growth and enrichment.
