Your Impact as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

As the cornerstone of BisChat’s talent strategy, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and retaining the best talent to support our exponential growth. Your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment lifecycle, from defining role requirements to closing offers, while ensuring a positive, inclusive, and data-driven candidate experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Partner closely with hiring managers to refine job requirements and identify high-potential candidates through targeted sourcing, leveraging industry networks, social platforms, and innovative recruitment tools. Develop compelling narratives that highlight BisChat’s unique culture, values, and technological advancements to attract diverse talent.
• End-to-End Recruitment Process: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial screening and structured interviews to offer management—ensuring efficiency, fairness, and transparency at every stage. Coordinate logistics seamlessly, from scheduling to onboarding, while maintaining clear communication with both candidates and hiring teams.
• Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline Development: Craft engaging job postings and employer branding content that resonates with tech-savvy professionals. Leverage digital channels, including LinkedIn, niche communities, and referral programs, to amplify BisChat’s reputation as an innovative workplace. Build and nurture talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for future roles.
• Data-Driven Recruitment Optimization: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, refine strategies, and enhance the efficiency of our hiring processes. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics to make informed decisions and continuously improve candidate experience and time-to-hire.
• Cultural Advocacy & Inclusive Hiring: Champion BisChat’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by implementing unbiased hiring practices and fostering an environment where underrepresented groups feel valued and empowered. Collaborate with leadership to embed DEI principles into every aspect of the recruitment process.

• Experience in hiring and interviewing, specializing in structured interviews and unbiased talent evaluation to ensure fairness and objectivity.
• Strong employer branding skills, with the ability to craft compelling job descriptions, leverage digital platforms, and promote BisChat’s culture to attract diverse talent pools.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, enabling you to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and engage candidates at every stage of the process.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, along with analytical skills to interpret data and optimize recruitment strategies.
• A commitment to inclusive hiring practices, with a deep understanding of DEI principles and a passion for building equitable teams.
• Preferred: Prior experience recruiting for tech or digital product companies, as well as familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities of scaling high-growth startups.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
