Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Network Operations Center Engineer (NOC Engineer) to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations within our Network Operations Center, ensuring seamless incident resolution while maintaining the highest standards of service quality. Key Responsibilities

The NOC Engineer will play a pivotal role in maintaining the stability and performance of our network infrastructure. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Incident Coordination and Escalation: Act as the primary point of contact for incident escalations, liaising between internal technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure swift resolution and minimize downtime.
• Real-Time Monitoring and Response: Proactively monitor critical incidents, assess their impact, and coordinate immediate response efforts to restore services efficiently and effectively.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across multiple technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring a unified approach to problem resolution.
• SLA Compliance and Tracking: Monitor incident progress meticulously, ensuring adherence to predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and providing timely updates to stakeholders on resolution timelines.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and escalations, and generate detailed reports to support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in System Administration or Network Operations Center (NOC) operations, with a proven track record in incident management and resolution.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of incident management processes, escalation protocols, and network monitoring tools. Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving Aptitude: A proactive and analytical mindset, capable of diagnosing complex issues and driving them to resolution under pressure.
