This is a fully remote role, enabling you to work from your preferred environment while maintaining close collaboration with our technical team and the client’s operational staff.

Your primary objective is to deliver a system that the client can eventually manage independently. You will analyze system logs, assess routing rule applications, and determine why certain records fail to reconcile. Key Responsibilities
