About the Role

As an AI Tools Associate, you will play a pivotal role in identifying inefficiencies in manual data entry processes and implementing AI-driven solutions to streamline their operations. Key Responsibilities

• AI Prompt Evaluation: Test AI-generated outputs against real-world regional development datasets to assess accuracy, consistency, and reliability, ensuring the tools meet operational standards.
• System Log Analysis: Examine system logs to diagnose failures in data transfers between the AI layer and the client’s database, identifying root causes of disruptions in workflows.
• Procedure Documentation: Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to provide client operators with clear, actionable guidance on interacting with new AI interfaces, reducing onboarding time and operational errors.
• Error Tracing and Resolution: Trace discrepancies in data flows to determine whether issues stem from raw data inconsistencies or flaws in AI routing logic, then implement corrective measures.
• Data Cleanup and Consolidation: Assist in resolving fragmented regional project data by cleaning backlogs, standardizing formats, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Technical Reviews: Participate in weekly technical reviews to assess the stability and performance of deployed AI tools, providing actionable insights to improve functionality.
• Documentation Development: Create and maintain clear, concise documentation that explains how integration gaps were resolved, enabling the client team to replicate and sustain improvements.
