Key Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Process Documentation: Systematically document current routing rules and workflows to pinpoint manual interventions that introduce delays or errors in the client’s operational pipeline.
• Real-Time Project Tracking: Maintain and update project logs to ensure transparency and accuracy in tracking technical fixes, integration gaps, and system improvements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in discovery sessions with operational teams to capture firsthand insights into how existing tools are utilized and where they fall short.
• Backlog Management: Organize and prioritize technical debt backlogs to guide the team in addressing reconciliation errors and system inefficiencies efficiently.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop clear, concise SOPs that outline new workflows for client teams, ensuring seamless adoption and understanding.
• System Validation: Verify the functionality of automated notifications, approval triggers, and other system integrations to confirm they operate as intended.
• Post-Deployment Monitoring: Oversee the initial month of live operations following a system fix to ensure stability and identify any residual issues.
