Your expertise will be instrumental in driving project success while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the board.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage construction and drilling projects from the initial planning phase through to final execution, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to project timelines.
• Budget Management: Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates, monitor expenditures, and implement strategies to keep projects within budget without compromising quality.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold stringent quality standards by overseeing workmanship, materials, and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate clear communication, resolve issues, and align project objectives.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges early in the project lifecycle, proposing proactive solutions to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of project progress, including cost reports, change orders, and performance metrics, to provide transparency and accountability to leadership and clients.

Candidates should hold a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, and have experience working with industry-standard estimating software.
