In this senior-level position, you will be the first commercial representative clients interact with, bridging the gap between founders, investors, and Vision 2030-aligned entities. Your strategic outreach, negotiation skills, and market acumen will be instrumental in positioning Venture Insights as the go-to partner for visionary ventures in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of business development activities, including:

• Pipeline Origination & Growth: Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of ventures and strategic clients across sports, entertainment, experiential, and lifestyle sectors. Identify emerging opportunities and convert them into paid engagements through targeted outreach and discovery processes.
• Client Engagement & Conversion: Lead the transition from free diagnostics to high-value strategic partnerships. Develop tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiation frameworks to secure commitments from founders, investors, and institutional stakeholders.
• Ecosystem Partnerships: Forge and expand referral networks across the KSA business landscape, including collaborations with Vision 2030 entities, accelerators, and industry leaders. Act as the face of Venture Insights at key industry events and forums.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership to refine proposals, refine pricing models, and close deals that align with Venture Insights’ growth objectives. Ensure pipeline accuracy and deliver reliable forecasting to support business planning.
• Market Representation: Advocate for Venture Insights’ offerings with clarity and conviction, positioning our studio as a catalyst for innovation in Saudi Arabia’s evolving economy.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a results-driven professional with a proven track record in business development, sales, or partnerships—preferably within consulting, agency, professional services, or venture environments. Ideal candidates will exhibit:

• 4+ Years of Relevant Experience: A strong background in originating and closing complex deals, with a focus on strategic engagements.
• Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the KSA business ecosystem, particularly within Vision 2030 sectors, including sports, entertainment, experiential, and lifestyle industries.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English, with exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Consultative Mindset: A structured, proactive approach to problem-solving, with a genuine passion for self-driven growth and relationship-building.
• Strategic Acumen: Ability to assess market trends, identify high-potential ventures, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
