Key Responsibilities

In this multifaceted role, your responsibilities will span across core financial operations, ensuring both efficiency and compliance:

• Accounts Payable:
• Process, verify, and accurately code supplier invoices within the ERP system, ensuring adherence to company policies and financial controls.
• Prepare and execute vendor payments in accordance with approved schedules, maintaining transparency and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly, minimizing delays and ensuring financial integrity.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor records and monitor outstanding payables to optimize cash flow and operational efficiency.
• Support month-end closing activities, including AP reconciliations and accruals, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Accounts Receivable:
• Generate and issue customer invoices with precision and on schedule, ensuring timely revenue recognition.
• Record customer payments and reconcile receivable balances to maintain accurate financial records and cash flow visibility.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to mitigate credit risks and improve collections.
• Resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and financial accuracy.
• Prepare customer statements and support credit monitoring activities to enhance financial controls and operational transparency.
• Reconciliation & Reporting:
• Perform comprehensive reconciliations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in cash flow reporting and financial analysis, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Play a critical role in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and compliant.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and compile supporting documentation to facilitate internal and external audits.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and Saudi VAT regulations, maintaining compliance in all financial transactions.
• Organize and maintain accurate, well-documented financial records to support transparency and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in internal and external audits, providing clear and concise documentation to validate financial processes.
• Support the preparation of VAT returns and other statutory reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
