As a Senior Manager – Process Innovation (IT), you will be instrumental in establishing and optimizing the core Business Operations function, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering alignment between global headquarters, local innovation entities, joint ventures, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal leadership position, your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic and operational functions, including:

• Business Operations & Standardization: Develop and implement a robust Business Operations framework, governance structure, and standardized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance organizational efficiency and scalability. Ensure seamless integration of processes across all business units.
• Digital Process Innovation: Spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge automation, digital workflows, and modern collaboration tools to drive agility and operational excellence. Lead change management initiatives that empower teams to embrace digital transformation and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Multi-Stakeholder & Joint Venture Alignment: Act as the primary operational liaison between international headquarters, local joint ventures, and Saudi shareholders. Facilitate cross-functional communication, resolve operational challenges, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Strategic & Business Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop mid-to-long-term business strategies, operational roadmaps, and organizational plans. Contribute to executive agendas and support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Organizational Development: Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks, cultivate trusted partner relationships, and document best practices to foster continuous improvement. Mentor and coach internal teams to enhance performance and drive innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of academic excellence, extensive professional experience, and cross-cultural acumen. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business operations, strategic planning, process improvement, or management consulting. Prior leadership in a technology-driven environment is a significant advantage.
• Joint Venture & Cross-Border Expertise: Demonstrated experience operating within joint venture structures, multi-stakeholder environments, or cross-border settings—preferably within the Saudi/GCC market or technology sectors such as cloud computing, AI, and digital infrastructure.
• Language & Communication Skills: Fluency in professional English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred, particularly for effective coordination with local stakeholders.
• Cultural Intelligence: Exceptional cross-cultural fluency with the ability to navigate and bridge international (particularly East Asian) and Saudi business practices. Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills are critical for fostering collaboration.
• Technical & Soft Skills: Proven expertise in change management, digital automation tools, and executive-level presentation skills (e.g., MS PowerPoint). Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-stakes environments are imperative.
