Control & Reporting Asst Analyst

At PepsiCo, we're on a mission to Be the Global Leader in Beverages and Convenient Foods by Winning with PepsiCo Positive (pep+). We're looking for a dynamic Control & Reporting Assistant Analyst to join our collaborative and inclusive team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining timely and accurate financial records, ensuring adequate accounting information, and assisting in month-end reporting activities. You'll be responsible for:

• Processing and recording journal entries for accounts payable, fixed assets, G&A expenses, T&E, inter-company transactions, and more.
• Supervising the T&E governance and conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with policies.
• Preparing prepayments, accruals schedules, T&E aging reports, and clearing accounts for month-end reporting.
• Acting as the main finance point of contact for stakeholders and suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with local, statutory, and fiscal rules and regulations.
• Coordinating with the SAP Master data team and maintaining the SAP vendor list.
• Implementing policies and procedures to support efficient financial transaction processing systems.

We're looking for candidates with:

• An Accounting or BA degree.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
