In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in driving our global expansion by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities while strengthening relationships with key international partners. Your expertise in dairy exports and established network of importers and distributors will be instrumental in securing profitable, long-term business relationships that align with our strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Revenue Growth: Lead the charge in expanding our export footprint by identifying high-potential markets, analyzing market trends, and developing tailored strategies to penetrate new regions. Your goal will be to maximize export sales across both existing and untapped international markets.
• Strategic Partnership Development: Utilize your extensive network of international importers and distributors to forge and nurture profitable, long-term partnerships. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships will be vital in securing favorable terms, ensuring consistent demand, and fostering mutual growth.
• Market Intelligence & Compliance: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring global market trends, competitor activities, and evolving trade regulations. Your insights will inform strategic decision-making, ensuring compliance with international standards and mitigating risks associated with cross-border transactions.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to finalize export agreements that align with our business objectives. Your ability to navigate complex discussions and close deals will directly contribute to our revenue targets and market penetration.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of export operations. Prepare and present regular reports on market performance, sales progress, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in international business or export management are a plus.
• Proven Industry Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in dairy exports, with a track record of successfully driving export sales and market expansion.
• Established Global Network: A verifiable and extensive network of international importers and distributors, particularly within the GCC, African, and other key markets. Your existing relationships will be a cornerstone of your success in this role.
• Market Expertise: Demonstrated experience navigating the complexities of international trade, including an in-depth understanding of trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements across diverse regions.
• Soft Skills & Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages, particularly Arabic, French, or Swahili, is highly advantageous.
• Results-Driven Mindset: A proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on achieving measurable results and contributing to the company’s long-term growth objectives.
