Lead MEP Site Engineer

The Lead MEP Site Engineer is responsible for activities related to the construction, erection, and commissioning at the client's site, from mobilizing the location through construction, installation, and commissioning activities to management activities in this area. This role influences departmental operations and is responsible for planning and executing activities within an operational discipline covered by functional standard practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required, typically under guidance.

• Covers roles not otherwise technically specialized or spans a range of roles within the family. May oversee individual contributors or monitor installation and construction activities on-site (e.g., civil, mechanical/electrical installation). May direct and/or manage subcontractors with specific expertise, excluding planning, site EHS, and quality.
• Deepens knowledge in a technical discipline, using prior experience and acquired technical expertise to implement guidelines/strategies.
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of key business drivers and uses this understanding to perform own work. Has a deep understanding of how own team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• Exercises judgment and can suggest solutions outside of established parameters, with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve simple tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytical thinking required to solve problems, utilizing multiple internal sources outside of own team for decision-making.
• Probably a single contributor with demonstrated interpersonal skills or leadership potential, able to hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members.

This role requires advanced experience, comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent relevant experience).
