As a Pricing Analyst, Surgery, you will play a pivotal role in driving value-based pricing strategies and maximizing the value of our innovations in the Saudi market. Based in Riyadh or Jeddah, you will:

• Proactively engage with business partners and sales teams to provide strategic pricing support and guidance.
• Conduct multi-factor pricing analysis to identify trends, profitability leaks, and price erosion, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead KSA private sector indirect tender submissions and support KSA direct tender submissions, analyzing quotations and profitability to build tender intelligence.
• Leverage historical data, win/loss analysis, and market benchmarks to inform pricing strategies.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly Price Performance Reports and Business Reviews, and adherence to local and EMEA pricing governance guidelines.
• Support business efforts to improve product mix and drive profitability through price escalations and strategic pricing frameworks.
• Provide price change simulations during PL updates and support pricing trainings to enhance the skills of the sales and marketing team.
